Who is responsible
LIGNES DE FUITE INC. (“LDF”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for personal information under its control. Milan Tanedjikov is the person responsible for privacy. Questions, access or correction requests, consent withdrawals and complaints may be sent to info@lignesdefuite.studio.
What we collect
Depending on how you use LDF, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, communication preferences, language, location, relationship to LDF, account information, event and ticket selections, booking details, purchase information, mandate or application information, files you submit, and correspondence.
We also receive limited technical and usage information such as device and browser type, approximate location, pages viewed, navigation, interactions and referring source. Payment-card information is processed by the secure payment provider and is not stored by LDF’s website.
Why we use it
We use personal information to provide and improve LDF’s studios, programs, events, products and digital services; manage accounts, bookings, tickets and purchases; respond to inquiries and mandates; send communications you requested; maintain security; understand website performance; and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We limit collection and use to purposes that are identified, reasonable and relevant to the relationship.
Email and text signals
Email and SMS marketing require consent. Text consent is optional, separate from email consent and never a condition of purchase. Messages may concern event announcements, ticket releases, final availability, showroom openings and private invitations. Frequency varies, normally one to four messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
You may unsubscribe from email using the link in a message. For texts, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may also contact us directly. We retain consent and unsubscribe records as needed to demonstrate compliance.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the website and LDF services, including Wix for business operations, identity, events, bookings, commerce and communications; website hosting and infrastructure providers; Google Analytics for acquisition measurement; and PostHog for product analytics and privacy-masked session diagnostics.
Providers receive only the information needed for their function and process it under their own terms and safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a legitimate organizational transaction.
Where information is processed
Some providers process or store information outside Québec or Canada, including in the United States. Information processed elsewhere may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. LDF takes reasonable steps and evaluates service providers and safeguards as required by applicable law.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential browser storage and may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security and analytics. Google Analytics and PostHog help us understand visits, navigation and conversion. Sensitive form fields, passwords, email addresses and phone numbers are excluded from analytics and session replay by design.
You can limit cookies through browser controls, though essential features may no longer work correctly.
Retention and protection
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes and for applicable legal, tax, accounting, security and dispute-resolution requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No system is completely secure, but access is restricted to people and providers who need it.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a concern about our practices. We may need to verify your identity. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed and may prevent us from providing a service that depends on the information.

We may update this policy as LDF’s services or legal obligations evolve. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page. Material changes will be communicated when required.
